Recently, Caltron launched an ambitious organizational restructuring project aimed at optimizing the production and technical structures of its main services: Electromagnetic Components, Design Service, Electronics Assembly, and Mechanical Assembly. As a result of this project, the company changed its business name to "Caltron Tech Innovation" to better reflect the company’s restructuring embodying its identity and vision.
Caltron established itself in the design and production of wound components, working according to customer specifications. Over time, with the market’s evolution and increasing demand for customized solutions, Caltron expanded its expertise by establishing an in-house design department and developing its own product line, specializing in EMC/RFI components.
Today, Caltron Tech Innovation boasts a solid production capacity, able to handle everything from prototypes to large-scale production, delivering high-quality products at competitive prices. This is made possible by production facilities in Tunisia, which feature specialized labor and cutting-edge machinery. Each production site is specialized, with one dedicated to the manufacture of wound components and the other focused on electronic board assembly and the completion of specific electronic devices.
The headquarters in Castelfidardo (AN) is the center for Research and Development (R&D). Here, products are designed and industrialized in close collaboration with clients, prototypes are developed along with operational procedures for the production sites are defined.
Assembly
Electronics Assembly sector, the Castelfidardo facility features fully automated SMT component assembly lines. The department is also equipped with all the necessary tools for the completion of electronic boards, allowing Caltron Tech to manage the entire production process independently.
Quality
Caltron’s philosophy is all about ensuring an efficient service and quality standards, in fact, since 1984, the company has been ISO certified by RINA, underscoring its ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in every area of production.
